What LeapTech is not
LeapTech is not a law firm, accounting firm, immigration legal service provider, bank, lender, securities broker, investment adviser, insurance producer, escrow provider, or money services business.
No regulated professional advice
We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, lending, securities, or insurance advice. Administrative explanations, checklists, translations, reminders, and document organization do not replace advice from a properly licensed professional.
Client decisions and information
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide, their business decisions, their review of documents, and all required approvals and signatures. LeapTech does not select a legal structure, tax position, immigration benefit, investment, bank, or financial product for a client.
No approval or timing guarantee
Government agencies, banks, payment providers, registered agents, mailing providers, and other independent parties control their own eligibility requirements, review standards, fees, and timelines. LeapTech cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, account opening, issuance, or processing time.
No custody or transmission of client funds
LeapTech does not hold, safeguard, transfer, exchange, invest, lend, or transmit funds on behalf of clients. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, government fees and independent third-party fees are separate from LeapTech service fees.
Independent referrals
A referral does not create a partnership, endorsement, or guarantee. Clients are responsible for evaluating and engaging independent professionals and service providers under their own agreements.
Scope confirmation
The specific administrative services included in an engagement must be stated in a written proposal or service agreement. If a request falls outside that scope or requires licensed professional judgment, we may pause the request and recommend an appropriate independent provider.
